Cancellation Policy

✨DEPOSITS POLICY: For all services offered, there is a $15 deposit fee. Your deposit fee will go towards your remaining balance of your service. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!! ✨LATE POLICY: PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!! There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee and your appointment will automatically be canceled. ✨CANCELATION / NO SHOW POLICY: You must cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel before your scheduled appointment, there is a 30% cancellation fee that will be charged. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. ✨REPAIRS: Any broken nails within 5 days of the time I see you, please contact me so I can do my best in getting that fixed for you. Anything after 5 days will be a $5 charge per nail repair. ✨BACKFILL/REBALANCE: Schedule back fills every 2-3 weeks to keep up maintenance with nails! I do not offer back fills for nail sets of 4+ weeks, as that will require a soak off & a new full set. Your nails are accessories not tools!! ✨ADDITIONAL INFO: -Come with bare nails if possible or done by me. -Come with healthy nails and cuticles, if you are unsure please contact me and we can discuss furthermore. -Any open wounds, infections or severe injuries will be AUTOMATICALLY turned away. -I do not work over other nail technician’s work or please book a soak off with your service. If you show with someone else’s work and do not book a soak off, your appointment will be AUTOMATICALLY canceled and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. I want to be sure that your appointment time ensures the rest of clients who are also booking. -Your scheduled appointment time can take about 2-3 hours, please do not bring guest as this can be a distraction for you and I. -Any questions or concerns please contact me. ✨I DO NOT TOLERATE DISRESPECT OR RUDENESS. YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE BLOCKED AND BANNED.✨ ✨PAYMENTS: Cash Credit/Debit 2.5% Processing Fee for cards used in transactions.
